Sixth GeoSpa AsiaSpa India Awards concludes

The sixth GeoSpa AsiaSpa India Awards held at the Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon, was held on Monday night. The event was modeled on a Bollywood awards ceremony format and was aimed at encouraging the rapidly growing spa and wellness industry in the country. The glittering ceremony saw key brands, hotel spas and independent spas rewarded for their extraordinary services. GeoSpa Asia Spa awards 2012 in partnership with Grant Thornton are acknowledged as the leading awards initiative for luxury spas.Among the many categories spanning wellness services and products, The Imperial Spa won the Best Hotel Spa and Most Luxurious Spa Awards. Shamana Spa at the Grand Hyatt, Goa, Rejuve- The Spa at The Lalit Jaipur and Vivanta by Taj, Bekal, bagged the best new Spa Resort Award. Rejuve-The Spa at The Lalit Mumbai also won the Most Luxurious Spa Treatment Award. Shekhar Malkhotia at The Claridges Spa, Surajkund, received the Spa Manager Prize of the Year.
